Up to 100% financing with no mortgage insurance Seller can pay all of the closing costs including appraisal. Loan limit is $417,000 Veteran must pay a funding fee that is financed into the loan in order to use the program. Reserves/National Guard must have 6 years of service or 90 days of active duty through a conflict. Veteran does not pay funding fee if he/she is receiving a VA disability. Private property must always have a termite report. If a private well and septic, a report is also required. Can use VA with new construction and mobile homes if on a permanent foundation. Can be combined with PHFA to get a better rate.
